EPDM Rubber Roofing
We install 60 mill EPDM rubber on residential and commercial flat roofs.
This is a high quality roofing material designed to last 30+ years if properly installed and maintained.
EPDM and rubber should not be installed on upper porch decks with people traffic, as people will eventually puncture the rubber and cause a leak.
That’s why we offer lava 20, which is a more durable product highly resistant to puncture.
Lava 20
We install lava 20 on any deck or roof surface that will have human traffic.
Lava 20 is a polyurethane liquid waterproof system designed to provide a seamless waterproof layer. It’s flexible and can withstand harsh weather conditions, UV exposure and temperature fluctuations.
We install a topcoat of quartz, which is a beautiful stone-like material that gives it extra strength and UV protection.

For most roof repair issues, you can expect work to be completed within one day. For more complex issues, it may take up to two days. Rarely do roof repairs take over two days.

If you notice debris on the roof in the chimney area, this could be small pieces of brick and mortar falling off of the chimney. This is a sign of chimney damage and should be inspected immediately.
